　　The 8LSA43.E1045D100-0's plug-in AXM mezzanine cards provide additional I/O processing. A variety of AXM mezzanine I/O cards are available with interfaces for front-end 14-bit 105 MHz A/D conversion or CMOS digital I/O, RS-485 differential signals, or additional LVDS I/O lines. All models use the logic-optimised SLX150 version of the Spartan-6 FPGA, providing 147,433 logic cells and 180 DSP slices. The units are available with conduction cooling and offer upgrade options with extended temperature range components for -40 to 85°C operation. The large high-speed memory enables efficient data processing.

　　A high-bandwidth PCIe 4-channel interface ensures fast data throughput, and Acromag's Engineering Design Kit provides utilities to help users develop custom programmes, load VHDL into the FPGA, and establish DMA transfers between the FPGA and CPU. The kit includes compiled FPGA files and sample VHDL code, available as an optional block, with examples of local bus interfaces, read/write and PCI bus state change interrupts.
