The microprocessor-controlled buffer unit, rated at 20 A, is available for 12, 24, 48 and 72 V systems. It monitors the output voltage of the DC power supply and, in the event of a fault, keeps the output stable for at least 300 milliseconds at full load. Systems are subject to power interruptions, which can lead to failures and data loss. the LDX-B20 can be used in situations where milliseconds of backup are required to complete processing during a power failure. Due to the voltage range, the unit is flexible enough to operate at most standard battery output voltages. the LDX-B20 can be connected in parallel for increased power and standby time, and is 63 mm wide.

　　The brake is designed to decelerate or hold an inertial load when voltage is turned off. When voltage is applied, the friction disc releases and the brake is torque-free.
