If you have already saved a series of snapshots to a formatted report and later realize that you need to change the color code, the process of redefining the color code and assigning it separately to each report snapshot can be lengthy. You can also modify the color code and use the report editor to quickly assign it to all or selected snapshots of the formatted report to save time.
Steps:
Optional: Check the current color code to ensure that the color code has been correctly defined.
Double click on the desired formatted report to open it in the report editor. If the report is already open, you can also click on the Report Editor tab to display the editor.
From the top menu of the report editor, select Edit>Assign current color scheme to snapshot>All.
Note: You can perform the same operation of saving the snapshot to the directory tree by selecting Report>Assign Current Color Code to snapshot from the top menu.
